The Malyovitsa area in Rila Mountain

Todor Yankov was born in 1948 in the city of Ivailovgrad. In 1978 he graduated from the College of Polygraphy and Photography in Sofia. In 1984 he was awarded the title "Photographer-Artist".

The author has had exhibitions in Sofia, Dupnitsa, Yambol, Smolyan, Plovdiv, Varna, Kyustendil, Berlin, Halle, Moscow, Bryansk, Dubna, Warsaw and others.
Participation in international photography contests: Bulgaria, Germany, Turkey, Romania, Poland, Scotland, Spain, China, San Marino, Belgium, Denmark, Andorra, France, Italy, India, Russia, Croatia.
Todor Yankov now lives and works in Dupnitsa.
