FOTOZITI

With its free and easy nature, it is a great way to produce a publication – no need of high quality printing and binding.

During these 2,5 days a group of 12-15 photographers will work as a collective to make a spontaneous, chaotic and exciting portrait of a place. The fanzine will be collectively made with the images taken by all participants during the workshop.

After presenting the workshop and looking into all the participants´ different photographic styles, each of them will get a specific assignment; allowing “this monster” of 12-15 heads to come up with a new Fotoziti.

At the end of the workshop one issue of Fotoziti will be printed, photographed and displayed in the blog  fotoziti.blogspot.com.es

Every participant can finally take a pdf of the fanzine with them.

The aim of this workshop is to review the photographer’s work and to talk about the creative process, the approach, the photographic practice and the editing.

The event is part of the tenth edition of The Month of Photography and is a collaborative project with Cervantes Institute.

Schedule:

DAY 1 (3 hours) 5- 8pm

  • Workshop presentation
  • Ricardo Cases will show and talk about his relationship to photography, from his personal to his professional point of view
  • Presentation of the participants´ work
