5th Photo Salon Plovdiv

The jubilee 5th edition of the International Photo Salon – Plovdiv 2018, with the support of Plovdiv Municipality, is a fact for the next year on end. A total of 4438 images, presented by 351 authors from 50 countries, were entered in the six sections. The respectable five-member international jury manned by representatives of 3 countries under the Chairmanship of Roman Nero EFIAP/g HonEFIAP (Luxembourg), member of the Board of Directors of FIAP and Director of the Patronage Service, assessed anonymously and impartially, in the course of 3 charged with responsibility bit otherwise pleasant days, all submitted works. For the final selection of this heavy competition they nominated wonderful images by a wide profile authors from 49 countries. The “My City” section with the sub-theme “European Capital of Culture – 2019”, which Plovdiv will be next year, displayed through powerful images the rich and multifaceted life across the world which, according to the organizers and all inhabitants of Plovdiv, would always be better if lived in the spirit of TOGETHERNESS.
