This year the National Palace of Culture again hosts as a partner the 7th edition of the contemporary Bulgarian photography forum organized by “Yanka Kyurkchieva” National Academy of Photography Bulgaria. The opening on June 2, 2016 of PHOTOACADEMICA exhibition will mark the start of the annual Month of Photography with displays at various venues in Sofia. The efforts of my team and my personal ambition is to make the Palace the largest art and culture space in Bulgaria and our partnership is yet another evidence of our aspiration. I wish every success to the organizers and participants in the contest in presenting an impressive collection of Bulgarian photography!
