Feeling about Paris
There live about 12 million people in Paris – it is a nowadays Babylon. A collision of culture, values, languages, religions and times. The Medieval cathedrals and the palaces of French kings continue living together with the nowadays super modern skyscrapers and between them as if some arteries of the blood system are overspread and where the time is dormant in the 70s of the previous century. Small tourist ships are sailing on the river of Sena and from their loudspeakers could be heard the song of Edith Piaf „Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien”. Costumes needed for the next performance in Moulin Rouge are unloaded from white minivans on the Pigale square; artists are painting their pictures under the rain on the hill of Montmartre. Above all this stands the Tour Eiffel and right at the moment in order to receive a full feeling about Paris, a man needs to drink a glass of warm wine with cinnamon.
