One of the representatives of the “first wave” in Bulgarian photography. Graduated the “School of Photography and printing Yulius Fuchik” (1962). Her professional career is mainly related to the communal photography shops in Bourgas. In 1974 she is honored with the title artist-photographer. Even out from the system of the socialist Bulgaria’s formation “Bulgarian Photography”, Stella Radeva manages to shine as an individual artist. Her “non commercial” achievement are mainly in the landscape, portrait and nude photography. Together with the many national and international exhibitions and successful participations in various photographic salons, we should mention that the cover of the first issue of the biggest photographic magazine in Bulgaria “Bugarian Photo” is also Stella’s.
