In 2003, after a discontinuation of over 10 years, the Academy of Photography Bulgaria Yanka Kyurkchieva has renewed Bulgaria’s FIAP (the International Federation of Photographic Art) membership. The current exhibition is a collection of awarded Bulgarian FIAP salons’ images. This year, the Varna Salon features its 7th edition, Flash Music Salon – the 6th and Photovacation and The Wild Salons will celebrate their 5th anniversary. We firmly believe that the two newest salons – Photosalon Sofia and Photosalon Plovdiv – will further attest their position in the photography life of the country.
