This exhibition includes 10 years in the career of Nedeliyan Neshev – 2003 to present. In most of the time the author is actively working as a photographer in „Trud“. Canons of journalism, however, in no way stop his creative development. Instead of slithering over the „craft“ plane Neshev situates his reporters findings far beyond the objective reflection of the event.
The retrospective line of the exhibition has no claims on generalization of life in Bulgaria. The frames in themselves are life lived by the author, living and vigorously engraved scenes of the places he has visited and has deflected through his clean creative photovision. From the sorrow of mothers who have lost their children in the horror of war, through the poverty of Roma families and the indigence of coalers to the magic and wonder of faith in the reports of Bachkovo and Athos – the photographs of Nedeliyan Neshev tell stories, „read“ the world with passion and emotion and supplement it looking after followers in the face of its potential audience.
