This is a online form for entry in 15th IPS The WILD 2024
(patronages: FIAP 2024/519, APB 2023/004 and DIPA 2024/42)
With the click on button “Send” on the bottom of contact form, you declare, that are agree with this FIAP important notes:
”By the sole act of submitting his/her images or files to a salon under FIAP Patronage, the entrant accepts without exception and with no objection the following terms:
- that the submitted images can be investigated by FIAP to establish if these obey to FIAP regulations and definitions even if the entrant is not a member of FIAP,
- that FIAP will use any means at its disposal for this undertaking,
- that any refusal to cooperate with FIAP or any refusal to submit the original files as captured by the camera, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, will result in them being sanctioned by FIAP,
- that in case of sanctions following the non compliance with FIAP regulations, the name of the entrant will be released in any form useful to inform other parties of the entrant’s breaches of the rules.
As mentioned in II.2) it is recommended to leave the EXIF data in the submitted files intact in order to ease eventual investigations.”
Artificial intelligence (AI), FIAP doc 040/2023, II.8.E: Pictures created by artificial intelligence are not allowed in this salon! All parts of the image have to be photographed by the author who is holding the copyright of all works submitted. Offenders will be sanctioned for life!
Maximum file size is 8Mb
Requirements:
The images should be in 8 bits RGB/sRGB, at least 3000 px wide and in JPG (min. 10 compression) with maximum file size 8Mb. The file name should be structured in 5 groups:
Group 1 – unique photography title;
Group 2 – country ISO code in 2 characters, List with codes: https://www.iban.com/country-codes
Group 3 – section number: (1 – Wild Animals, birds and fish, 2 – Animals in the zoo, 3 – Landscape)
Group 4 – author’s names (first, last);
Group 5 – sequential number of photographs, from 1 to 4.
