The Wonder Of Light
„Simplicity“ is central to Ciaran’s images; he prefers to work with natural light, with a single subject and space. He works to create images without distraction, which have a particular clarity and the ability to make a viewer pause and „read“ each image.
The inspiration for Ciaran’s photography, first and foremost is light. A fact clearly illustrated in the understanding of light and the subject which is evident throughout all his imagery and also in the title of this exhibition „The Wonder Of Light“ It is this exploration and understanding of this one single ingredient which has captivated Ciaran and through his images, the rest of us as well.
