Marigraphia
Marigraphia – an event happening on Vromos beach-bay in the years 2000 and 2002, with the participation of famous Bulgarian authors.
An experiment that has provoked a creative process going beyond the framework of the event and perpetuating its development in time. If a work performed by means of classical photography can be regarded as a coin which has always only one side, then Marigraphia is an ideological experiment whose purpose is to show simultaneously both faces that have turned their backs on one another in the same entity: the bright and unique personality of the obvious happening along the Black Sea beaches, and the typification of the human condition, driven to the schematic, for whose manifestation time and place are immaterial.
